Climate Emergency Community Action Plan

Leeds love it Share it is supporting Our Future Leeds to deliver part of the National Lottery funded Leeds Climate Emergency Community Action Programme (CECAP). This work involves setting up a central climate action hub in Leeds city centre, creating a training plan and developing the Leeds doughnut (see our other project). CECAP is facilitating community-led climate action to allow the city to act together on the climate, nature and social emergencies.

The Leeds Doughnut 

Leeds Love it Share it is working with Our Future Leeds to create the Leeds doughnut. Based on the work of Kate Raworth we are working to develop the doughnut model in Leeds. The Doughnut is a model for establishing sustainable economic thinking throughout the the 21st century.
